Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MAKE U DEEP Music Automation (“Music Automation,” “the app,” “we,” “us”) accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users connect the app to Google and YouTube.
1. Information the app accesses
Depending on the features authorized by the user, Music Automation may access:
- Basic YouTube channel information, such as channel ID and channel name.
- Information about videos on the authorized channel that is necessary to check existing uploads and avoid accidental duplicate publishing.
- Authorization credentials issued through Google OAuth, such as access and refresh tokens.
- Metadata supplied by the user for publishing, such as video title, description, tags, privacy setting, and scheduled publishing time.
- Upload history generated by the app, such as video IDs, titles, timestamps, and scheduling information.
2. How information is used
The app uses Google and YouTube data only to provide user-requested functionality, including:
- Confirming that the authenticated YouTube channel matches the intended publishing channel.
- Uploading videos and associated metadata when the user explicitly starts an upload or scheduling workflow.
- Checking the authorized channel for existing uploads to reduce accidental duplicate publishing.
- Reading upload or processing status needed to complete and verify a user-requested publishing action.
3. Storage
OAuth credentials and operational history are stored in the user's local application environment unless a specific deployment operated by the user uses another configured storage location. Music Automation does not intentionally store Google or YouTube account passwords.
We retain only data reasonably needed to operate the app, troubleshoot authorized workflows, and prevent duplicate publishing. Users can delete local application data at any time.
4. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not share authorized Google or YouTube data with unrelated third parties except when required to provide the user-requested service, comply with law, or protect the security of the app and its users.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
6. YouTube API Services
Music Automation uses YouTube API Services. Users should also review YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
Users can revoke Music Automation's access to their Google account at any time through Google's account permissions page:
Google Account — Third-party access
Users may also delete the app's locally stored OAuth token files and local history/configuration files. After access is revoked or the OAuth credentials are deleted, the app cannot continue accessing the authorized YouTube account unless the user grants access again.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect credentials and application data. Sensitive OAuth credentials are not intended to be published in source repositories or displayed in application logs.
9. Children's privacy
Music Automation is not directed to children and is intended for authorized music publishing users.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's functionality or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
