Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of MAKE U DEEP Music Automation (“Music Automation,” “the app”). The app is a private music publishing workflow tool intended for authorized users.

1. Authorized use

Users may use the app only with accounts, channels, media, and metadata that they are authorized to access, manage, and publish.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for confirming the target account or channel, content rights, metadata, visibility settings, and scheduled publishing times before starting an upload or publishing action.

3. YouTube API Services

Music Automation uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related functionality in the app, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Users should also review the Google Privacy Policy.

4. OAuth authorization

The app uses Google OAuth for authorized YouTube operations. Users control whether to grant or revoke access. The app does not request users' Google or YouTube passwords.

5. Publishing actions

Uploading, scheduling, or modifying content occurs only as part of a user-initiated workflow or a schedule previously created by an authorized user. Users remain responsible for the content and publishing decisions made through the app.

6. Availability

The app is provided on an “as is” basis. Platform APIs, authentication requirements, quotas, and third-party services may change or become unavailable, which may affect app functionality.

7. Prohibited use

Users must not use the app to upload content they are not authorized to publish, bypass platform rules, interfere with platform security, scrape services in violation of applicable terms, or engage in unlawful activity.

8. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms when the app or applicable platform requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
